Trade-in Instructions and pre-paid waybill

Hi all,

I received my new S24U on Friday 26th (despite my order still saying "picked up by courier" today.  To date I have still not received my email giving me instructions to send the trade-in back, or the waybill.  Spoken to "chat" and they keep saying "in a few days".  Seems to be complete confusion at their end.  Anyone else having this issue?

In the UK for those trading in, the returns pack was included in the box with the new device.
