Two weeks ago I ordered a Samsung Tablet and case with an agreed delivery date of the day after, only after my delivery date passed with no delivery did I then receive a text informing me that the delivery was to be put back by two weeks! I requested a cancellation and was told that I would be fully refunded within 3-5 days. Two weeks later I am still waiting for this refund, Samsung UK customer service is totally incapable and isn’t even situated in the UK, all my requests are being ignored and I am out of pocket by £240 - what is going on, is this how Samsung treats it’s customers?
