Hello everyone. I've pre-order my Samsung Galaxy S24. However I can't get in touch with them to track my order. Has anyone been going through the same problem?
The chat closes at 9pm. But they usually close up about 10mins before. You can try again in the morning. The DPD app will help if you make an account with the same details you use for samsung it will show up. Hope you get answers
I ordered an s24U yesterday and it told me nothing all day is was just blank thought I would just wait and see woke up this morning and DPD have it ready to bring it this morning so I'm guessing there tracker system isn't working properly
