There is contact number to connect with Samsung Shop directly, at least not openly advertised. You can only contact the customer service and they can raise a ticket for you.

I sent my W 5 pro back on the advice of their technical team, they received it on 1st.. And I am asking for a replacement.. But still waiting 🙆🏿 🙆🏿
