Samsung say all delivery warehouse computers down?

Hello

I ordered a Series 9 American fridge freezer on Saturday. Was offered delivery dates all week so picked Wednesday. Didn’t hear anything so tried CS who told me it had been delayed a week. Not great. Then I got an email saying two weeks!!!  I emailed the uk.presidents email and a chap called telling me that the computers were all down on the warehouse so they could not dispatch or received any goods. 

sounds like billy to me but has anyone else been told this?

I was told the same. Been waiting on my S23 Ultra for over 2 weeks with no expected delivery date in site. CS didn't seem bothered or understand how unacceptable this was. Need to make a decision to wait, for god knows how long, or cancel and get an iPhone or Pixel.
