Samsung Rewards..

Hello,

I was attempting to complete a purchase using my Samsung Rewards on yesterday. However, I decided to confirm something else before completing the transaction and subsequently revisited to verify. Later when I approached to pay, it became apparent that my Samsung Rewards had disappeared. Upon checking from the rewards page, it appeared as though I had used them; however, this wasn't the case. Could someone assist me in retrieving them?

You need to speak to Support, no one can fix it except them

That happened to me before, I contacted the support team and they put them back onto my points balance.
