Samsung order tracking doesn't work

I ordered a new s22 at the end of March, its due to arrive on the 12th of April. I went to my account via the link in my order email and it has no record of my order, (doesnt recognise my order id) depsite me having a receipt for it. Is this normal for Samsung, as i have heard their customer service is terrible?? 
Anyone have any similar experiences?

Yeah customer support is pointless dealing with. They can't or won't be able to really help. Been through it all when I ordered mine.
Ordering a website exclusive colour will take around 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. Mine took 6 weeks which was passed the delivery date.
If you have an order number etc.
Then you will get the phone. Tracking information is really only a rough guide.
If you are in the UK, download the DPD App and login with your details. I find that they will let you know before Samsung does when it will arrive.
Also if you just received that email. Give a day or so and try again

Great, thanks for that, good to know for next time.
My order is green with 256gb so not sure if that will take more time.
I will be trading in my old s8 plus, so I'm hoping there are no compilations with that as its £200 off the original price.
Recieved my email promptly after the order which was good, only now when i went to check to see if it had shipped i came across the tracking issue.
Got the DPD app so hopefully will be notified soon.

I traded in a phone as well. Just make sure you send it in good time.
Take photos of its condition and how you packaged it.
Mine was received without issues, but still not heard if the trade in is complete or anything like that

Yeah i will do. I have had heard of some trade ins going wrong with them. Thanks for you help, its much appreciated.
