Is it just me or are they as usless as they have led me to belive
I cant belive I have been this un lucky
Its not that I am a negative person, but some six phone calls and a promise of a call back from a manager and still no resolve one has to conclude that samsung customer support is nothing more than a smoke screen with little ability to do much than awnser the phone
I have been trying to by a desk top charger from there on line store with my currant and valid 50% reduction code since thursday
some thing that should be so so simple
