S23 Ultra delivery delay

Pretty much frustrated with Samsung.com. I ordered a S23 Ultra in cream colour that was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd. I received an email on the 22nd at 8.01pm saying it will be delayed till 29th. Today, I got another email at 9.06pm saying it will now be delivered on the 5th of October. I am seriously considering giving up and cancelling my order as I cannot afford to get yet another day off work to wait for a delivery that gets delayed one day before it is supposed to arrive - aint happening any time soon it seems. I am wondering if on the 4th I'd get an email at 10.11pm with yet another week ahead delay on an order that was supposed to be already here. I have reached to CS and was told 'their website had run into some issues that was delaying my delivery', which now that I think about sounds as complete BS. Should have opted to collect from Samsung KX if I'd known delays are so bad (sadly I don't think there is an option for changing that unless I cancel the current order and place another one -.-). I won't be ordering from the e shop again. This will probably be a lesson learned.

Same here, just saw I got one as well at 19.15. Hopefully we get the delivery on time 🤞🤞

It has the tracking number at the bottom, so it will defo come tomorrow or Thursday by the latest. If you have DPDs app you can track it from there, it's easier than going to their website.

Do you know how the trade in happens with Samsung? Because I heard they provide the packaging you need to send your old device in

Just got my email fro DPD saying they are expecting my parcel from Samsung! I sent my order on the 21st, so if you ordered on that day or earlier you'll probably be contacted soon too. It looks like things are starting to move, we may well be seeing the light at the end of this tunnel. 😅

I have asked about that. You need to securely wrap it and send it to them within 7 days. It's best if you use the bubble wrap as well as you don't want it to be damaged while being delivered. That'd be costly for you.

So pleased for you! What a relief 😃! Hope you get your phone soon! Tracking will be much easier and less frustrating through DPD.

Exactly,it'd be much easier now that we know DPD are picking the parcels from Samsung. Keep an eye on texts from them in the following day or two.

Within seven days of the new device being delivered. I also have a trade in included, so I asked them specifically about it as I was scared when the s23 did not show up on 23rd.
