Did anyone else do the above?
Had the S23 Ultra on the Upgrade Program but was forced to moved to Flex as part of the upgrade. Klarna have paused my S23 Ultra payments and I had the email from Samsung, before receiving the S24 Ultra, talking about my return pack.
The problem is I haven't received my return pack and there's no detail on the email about what to do if I don't. I have two other friends in the exact same scenario who haven't had theirs either.
Did anyone do the same process and got their return pack?

Just checked back and I got the return email on the 2nd Feb. I got the 30 day pause from Klarna on the 5th February. I received the S24 Ultra on the 3rd February.
I've not had anything from Klarna to say that they're restarting payments on the S23 Ultra.

So I've been doing some digging this morning and managed to get in touch with MTR Group who send the return packs. They're aware of my return but haven't been told by Samsung to send it.
Spoke to Samsung Finance who said I need to speak to the Shop people so back around I go.
