I have been waiting for mine to arrive. Samsung does not even send an update to my e-mail whether it is coming or not. The initial delivery date was Feb 22 but still nothing. I can't even get through the support line because it's so busy? So Samsung, can you give me an answer?

Yes i agree the Samsung Online Shop has busy lines.
I would suggest to call early morning.
I rang them earleir this week and I eventually got through after half an hour.
Unfortunately the Samsung Community Forum Team here can't access accounts to check your order @Tony_Ferrer
You'll need to preserve with calling them or email the Shop Team on support@samsunguk.zendesk.com
I hope you get your phone ASAP.
