Does anyone have an idea how long the delays are for the s22? I ordered 2 ultras and the order tracking is abysmal. Says the 14/3 but no update yet.

We won't on the forum here unfortunately and the Samsung Community Forum Team don't have access to people's Samsung Accounts to check orders or have line of sight to stock availability.

The best route is to call the Samsung Online Shop Team or use their Live Chat or email them on support@samsunguk.zendesk.com 

I hope you get your phone ASAP. 🤞

Samsung Online Shop CS can't give any real or straight answers. Depending on who I've spoken to then I've had 'your order is just awaiting courier dispatch' to latest being 'we cannot locate where your order is or when we will.have stock / receive it'.

When I spoke to them all they said was it was delayed and sorry for any inconvenience.

Ordered S22 on the 9th of February and still waiting for the phone to arrive. Spoke with Samsung chat people and they said that I should receive it by 25th of March. Not happy Samsung. 😒

That is no route. Samsung Customer Support are liars or incompetents. They lied to you about the delivery, and they cannot give you a direct answer. I pre-order the S22 Ultra, to be delivered by the 25th of Feb. On the 24th I got notified that it was delayed for the 11th of March. On 9th I called them because I could see no movement on the order page. They lied to me. They assured me that the phone was being delivered on the 11th. On the 10th I got another delay message for the 24th. Nobody in customer service is able to give a proper answer on what is going on. Samsung has taken the money from all of us and has not given even proper information.

I know that you hope that the OP will get the phone ASAP but the reality is that it will not be soon.

Thats all well and good mate, but what is you have sent multiple emails and called customer service every day for last five days to be told oh we dont know or just checking one second, its horrendous the way Samsung have went about this

I do believe these delays are due to low yield with their chipsets!

I preordered the Graphite S22 Ultra which was supposed to arrive today but received an email this morning stating that it is delayed and now will arrive on 4th April 🙃

Since UK will receive the S22 with the exynos processor, the yield rate for it is extremely low and so having less functional/best potential exynos' to put in these phones against the super high demand for the S22

Well I have had no update still. I 100% agree that the customer support are full of it. I have no idea when I will be getting the 2 phones I have paid for. Would have been easier just going through o2.

Order S22 Ultra (White) 1TB on Feb 15th, original shipping was due on 12th April now I'm told 26th April.... They be announcing the next revision at this rate.... Samsung experience is not going well.. 😣
