Return old S21 ULTRA

Does anyone have any info on how we should return old S21 handset as Part of the upgrade Programe? Lastyear we recieved an e-maiI about it when the S21 was dispatched but I've had nothing yet and I an Concious that they usually ash for it within 7 days of recieving your new device which arrived yesterday. Any he would be great.

All the return postage items come in the box with your new S22. Well mine did so i'm gonna assume that yours will too.

All I got was the S22. There was a return sticker in the box but I wasn't sure if that was just for returning the S22 if it was faulty. I still have the email from.last year to return my s20 model. It specifically states not to use the returns label that shipped with the new phone and instead they will send out a box and return label for the s21 separately.

Good to know, although you'd think they'd make it 14 days to fall in line with returns policy if you don't like it.

You should receive return packaging for your S21 within a week or so of receiving your S22, that's what's happened with me for the past 5 years, i got an email from Klarna to say my S21 loan agreement had been put on hold as Samsung notified them that it was due to be returned. I wouldn't worry about returning it within 7 days as someone stated as I have never returned my past devices within that time as they never sent the return packaging that quick.

I got nothing in the box to return my s21. Only return label was to return the s22 for any reason. The last 3 years ivee been in the program a blue returns bag and label was shipped a few days after receiving the new phone.
