I was just wondering if someone who's used samsung flex/upgrade option to purchase a new phone could answer a few of my questions? 😅
If you choose to upgrade your phone does it cost you any extra or do they use the value of your traded phone towards your new one?
Has anyone had any issues when trading in their old phones?
Is there a set time frame within the contract to upgrade or can I do the full 26 months and then upgrade?
Would you personally recommend this option over samsung finance?
