Agree with our good friend, @BandOfBrothers here that some browser troubleshooting or another device may be the simplest way to resolve this.
However, if you continue to have issues processing adding this code to your basket, just drop a message to our @Sam_UK inbox with your email address, name and discount code (please don't post these publically though.

We've also noticed a number of people have had more luck on the mobile version of the website or by following the link in the Samsung Members app.
