Order/delivery delays= - Galaxy watch 6 classic Black

Hi All

Can someone confirm the average delay for delivery.  Ordered a few weeks back delivery date was 25th Sep 2023. But had no comms from Samsung or sales team regarding this yet. 

I fully understand these are new products and supply and demand issues will be experienced.

But even Apple get this bit right. (I'm not an apple fan) If you order direct from their web page they have the items in stock and its not supplied to anyone else just from them direct. But it seems Samsung have not mastered this step yet. 

Can someone Samsung shop or in this community provide an average delay time for this type of product please.

Same here, delivery due for 27th..today, had email which says it will now be delivered on 11th October, they took the money fast enough though

There is clearly an issue here that hasn't been communicated by samsung. Mine was supposed to be delivered on the 28th (yesterday). I haven't had an email saying it's delayed, and all I got from the online support was that there are some "technical issues". I get that things happen and delays occur, all we ask is to be informed and updated of this.

I ordered my watch on the 16 September 2023 and it was given a delivery date of the 29 September and has still not arrived. 

I spoke to customer services and they just told me to wait on an email with updated delivery dates but could not estimate when my watch would be delivered. 

 

Very bad customer service if you ask me!!!!

We are all in the same boat, and Samsung are either not monitoring this site or they simply don't care for their customers.  They used to be a great company to deal with but now not so much.  It cannot be beyond the wit of man to simply say we have a problem and your product will be delivered at a date.  Maybe the truth is they have our money so what the heck.

My advice to you all is whatever you do, do not order anything from Samsung at this time.

I have just been in the online customer service (yeah whatever!!) chat and they have informed me that their warehouse dispatch system is down??? This is the same excuse I was given 10 days ago and is allegedly still not resolved.

This tech issue is not just for dispatch but also covers any requests for refunds so if you want to change your mind and order your watch from Amazon and get it tomorrow then please do so but don't hold your breath for a refund anytime soon. I have confirmed that they have removed the cancel order link from your order summary!!!!!

This is terrible customer service and to take your money and then not keep you up to date with progress is shocking!!!!!!

Chris, did you get the delivery yesterday as promised? Mines was meant to be here 4/10 and has absolutely no correspondence from samsung. Shambles

I spent yesterday being a bit of a Karen with Samsung and made some noise on various social media groups as well as asking for a refund and hey presto, I received a notification that my watch is now scheduled for delivery tomorrow!!!!

Mine finally arrived today, no prior notification just a message from DPD then Samsung an hour before it finally arrived.  Remember the days when Samsung used to be a great company to deal with??????
