Order completed, never received… originally chose pick-up

I ordered a z flip online and chose to pick-up the phone the next day. I received a confirmation email saying that a follow-up email will arrive telling me when I can collect it. 

That was two days ago. Today I check my e-mail and it says ordered was completed and delivered? I never received anything and never opted for delivery, per their first confirmation email that states I can pick it up.

Has this happened before?

Could have been delivered to your pickup place , have you tried to contact the pickup place ?

I agree, the tracking would be or should be from Samsung to the place you chose to pick up. Yo need to go pickup your phone from the place that you chose to pick it up from.

I think I read the message wrong.

Did you not receive the parcel ? or have you not checked at the designated delivery place yet ?
