How do I contact customer service to actually chat with a human? Just ordered a phone via the Samsung shop app and now I got an email saying it's awaiting approval but they need more information and to contact them. Been given a number but no one answers and call is ended. I've been on the Samsung shop site and just go round in circles, they taken up front payment and no option to cancel.
