Received our new QE55QN90C today. They took our old tv away as part of trade in.
I set the tv up and as soon as it came on, the picture was distored with black areas and lines across the screen. I called the call centre, and they have arranged a collection for two from now, but they won't send the replacement until after it this one gets to their warehouse - they said it could take 7-10 working days! Given that they already took the old tv away, that means we're stuck without a tv for up to two weeks.
Is this normal? If they were able to take away my old tv trade-in together with the delivery of the one we bought, why can't they deliver the replacement together with the collection?
This is terrible service. I understand that faulty items can happen, but to take two weeks to replace something which they could just as easily send out in 24 hours is unacceptable. I feel like I made a big mistake buying from Samsung.

thanks, but I did call them - I wrote the above after contacting them, hoping maybe someone on this forum has a better idea of how to resolve it...
