Hi,

I purshased a Tablet and never received any order confirmation or invoice. I did however receive the tablet. I have contacted samsung support several times to ask for an invoice but they are enable to give me one. I don’t think this is legal? I did not receive an order confirmation or invoice due to (i think) a typo in my emailadresse. I don’t think that 1 emailadresse should be the only way to retrieve an order or invoice. I have provided purchase details, name, adresse, company name and number, … and support can not track my purchase.

Yes i bought it from the samsung website. I was already in contact with 4 Samsung customer service employées, but there is still no invoice…
