Dear Team,
while placing the order from your Samsung website, the is mention Installation Scheduled (see the attached image) but nobody contact for visit.
for query when I called to your customer support the were just playing with me by transferring the call I had spoken to 5 people as they were making the call transfer but none of them had provided any information to me. same thing happen on chat support.
my product has been delivered but no info about the Scheduled Installation. what type of worst service is this.

I agree -- it doesn't sound like a great experience. Noticed the '₹' sign there. Are you based in India?
