I have purchased samsung phone 4 weeks ago and returned 3 weeks ago as it was not unlocked. I bought new samsong phone 2 weeks ago but not arrived yet. Today I received note I only get 2/3 of money I had paid. noone replied as to why and I do not not know how to process to claim full refund as they do not tell me why and how much can I have procedure please?
