Galaxy Watch 4 without strap

Really happy when I got my delivery today, until I opened it to find no watch strap. I hope this is just an error and not an attempt to make more money. What sort of watch is sold without its strap, I know Samsung ain't that hard up!

If u selected a custom strap when u purchased ur watch , it will be delivered separately

I didn't select a custom strap

I do know the straps comes differently if a different strap was selected but It would be best to contact the Samsung sales
