I'm unsure which section this is best suited for. Yesterday I looked at the A55 on the UK website as well as my Samsung Shop app. After discussing with my husband I went back today to order and it came up in various places with a free buds FE notice. Samsung is refusing to honour this saying it's a glitch. Do I have any recourse at all?
