After ordering a Flip 5 on the 22nd Sept I am still waiting for delivery.

Zero communication from Samsung.

The 'live chat' is useless. The excuse of there's a technical issue in the warehouse doesn't wash.

I do not accept that a company the size of Samsung will allow such a technical issue exist for 14 days.

Does anyone have an email for the CEO of Samsung UK?

I have had the exact same issue except that I ordered the s23plus on the 16th September. Had no communication what so ever. I'm as disgruntled as you. Absolutely shocking.

Same here, ordered watch and Z Fold 5 on 27th Sept for delivery on 7th Oct. No delivery, no comms from Samsung, Phone support no answers and live support said this evening this:

Thank you for providing me this details. Upon checking, the reason for the delay in your order being dispatched is due to our Warehouse team’s system. The system we use to dispatch orders, cancel orders, process refunds and replacements is currently down. We are working at resolving this matter urgently and are monitoring our progress daily to implement the system fix, however at this time, the delivery has started for delayed orders. The courier team will contact you once your order is dispatch for delivery.

Exactly the same message back to me but it's saying on the samsung app 16.10. 23 for delivery, so will have to wait and see. Not gonna hold my breathe though.
