I have purchased samsung mobile F15 5G 6/128 SM-E146B on 14.02.2024 I was asked to pay 11500/- thru scanner and again 2000 rupees for insurance which is mandatory and I will get refund some amount hence he told to pay to his personal account and he will provide the insurance details to my mail and took my mail id also.. Considering that I will get back at least some amount and Insurance for the phone I paid 2000/- but later I came to know from my friend that the product cost is 11500/- and 2000/- he has taken by cheating because till now I have not received any mail in this regard ( Insurance of Mobile). Please share the mail id so that I can upload the scan copy of the bill and screen shots of payment. Please do the needful and take necessary action so that your customers are not cheated.
