Does anyone know how to sort cash back claim. Was approved 24th December. Said maximum of 45 days which has now passed. Have sent 2 messages to help and support with no response. Poor really but no idea where to go now.

I got my 2x £45 for two watches, got the confirmation email and texts, then went quite but paid out on Monday
