Cannot return my phone at end of 2 years. Keep getting error

Trying to return my s22 ultra at the end of the 2 year sharing upgrade program. Keep getting an error on the website. Samsung support is no help at all. Now getting charge the end of term bubble payment. Not happy and in need of help.

Have you tried clearing the cookies,  caches and browsing data of the Internet app your using @Greg475 or even a different browser or device to connect. 

If your using a VPN try turning it off.

Thank you for reply. I had a light bulb moment about an hour after I posted this. Bubble payment is £250, recycle websites are offering £350 for the phone. I'm going down that route now to see what happens 👍
