Update they took my money from my account and now they want me to be understanding that will take 3 to 5 days to back on my account, what a joke.

That's is standard practice, I am not justifying as I hate that too

All companies are the same they take it in seconds but return could be 5-7 days

Following on, banks can other take a number of days to process return payments.
I've had this a number of times and it's frustrating as anything.
Especially if its for something urgent and you need the money

I do understand that but still why they take your money and then cancel the order is ridiculous this is Samsung not some small business

The fact is Samsung should proceed with their security standers and then take the money not the other away around.

Sometime they just mark your account for payments and you can use that money only for them to not confirm at the end of the day and you get it back in a couple of days

I know that but still they should be able to make things easier for customer not to them after all we talking about £2000 that confirm with my back twice just to make the payment..
