I tried to place an samsung A25 phone. Amount was charged to the card, but order confirmation failed. Unable to reach customer care regarding order number is mandatory. It has been 7 days , transaction has not been reversed or refunded. Any guidance to get the reversal is appreciated. On reaching out to the bank, they are asking me to wait for 24 days to raise dispute.
