Volume button on s20 fe is loose

Ok so i've only had this phone for two days. And i just had it in my pocket, and then when i took it out of my pocket the volume button was loose. I mean come on. I didn't even touch it. I googled it, and many other people had the same problem. This is a scam.

Sad to hear that, if you bought if from Samsung I'd contact Customer support to get it fixed/replaced - if you bought it elsewhere I'd contact the retailer and make a complaint (reklamation). It's always sad when stuff are breaking or QC has failed, and it happens to every manufacturer. I hope you get a quick and smooth help to fix it or even replace the unit! The S20 Fe is a nice device, but of course you shouldn't have to accept loose buttons!
