Hi, I sent in my trade-in device for my s24 and I got a mail few days later after my trade-in device arrived saying that I being sent back to me. Has anyone else experience this?
It happens from time to time that trade-in devices will be sent back, due to different reasons. If you want I can check with my colleagues regarding your case, if so send me a PM with your name and email 😊
