Spotify Bixby s20 note

Hi guys,

I just want to know if I am the only one who can't connect Spotify app to Bixby. I'm using phone S20 note... 🙄

Can't say I use Bixby that much myself, but what have you tried? I guess you already did:

1. Open Bixby Assistant Home.

2. Swipe left to manage apps.

3. Tap Spotify, then CONNECT ACCOUNT.

4. Log in or sign up to Spotify.

Pssst. Is it a Galaxy Note 20? S20 Note doesn't exist 😛

Sorry for writing short as "S20 note" 🙄

Its actually Galaxy S20 note ULTRA 5G.....🙄

I use to say Note S20 in short way.
If I say S20 then I refer to ordinary phone. If I say Galaxy S20 ultra note 5G then some people get confuse and reply "oh, you mean s20 note? "

Back to the topic:

1. There is no app called Bixby Assistant Home. It's called now Bixby.

2. When I just swiped left there is no called manage app.

3. Can't find to connect Spotify in option, my capsules, history ect.

I have re-installed Spotify app and it didn't detect Bixby.

I have contacted early Samsung Member Support but they replied same as your first post 🙄

Yeah, I tried it on my Note 20 Ultra, same result as you... Haven't found much updated info on Bixby + Spotify either. Sorry. I hope someone else here can have more info.

Hey @Lambda75 

Have you tried updating Bixby basic commands via Galaxy store? Alternatively - open the Bixby app - say Open Bixby and see if you get a message saying that you need to update the app.

Give this a go and see if you can open Spotify after the update 😊

Bixby has already updated also the phone as well. The funny fact that I have got another response from Samsung support and it says I need to go Bixby, swipe left, manage app.. There is no such things like that.
