Smartview and Bluetooth

In my Samsung galaxy A54 5g, smartview and Bluetooth still hanging on and can't close them. It is a very big issue, how can you help me. 

I can't receive a call because it still thinking with Bluetooth but no airpod som coupled. And the same thing happened with smartview; its stil screen mirroring without connecting to the TV.

Hello @saleh8 Have you tried a factory reset to see if that helps to solve your problem?

no, just reset all settings. But not helping.

I would try a factory reset, that will most likely solve the problems you have.

my data, pictures, apps, passwords.....

Yes unfortunately everything will be gone, but you can make a backup on everything except pictures but you can backup the pictures with onedrive.

do you think that, my settings also will backup....

Samsung backup should backup settings, its only pictures it doesnt backup. If you choose backup it will tell you what it will backup.
