Samsung Rewards maximum 2000 points

Hi!

I have 721 634 points. But when trying to use these points to order an item, i can only use 20 000 points?

I have got confirmed from sales support that i should be able to pay up to 90% of the cost with points if i have enough, which i have.

Please help!

Sounds like something we need to look further into, like you say 90% of the cost should be able to be paid with Rewards points. I will send you a PM so we can look further into this 😊
