I'm sorry to learn of the issues you're experiencing with your Samsung devices.

I hoped the replies there might have helped.
I agree that flagship phone's can be very expensive especially when buying as sim free.
Maybe this is why some take out Pay Monthly Contracts with their network to receive the newest phone's ,and or use finance based methods to spread the cost over a longer period of time.
Personally I save throughout the year for my next new phone.

On the 15th of May I got finance with a frim from Samsung for a new 2024 65" tv and a new free Samsung mobile everything when ok with the finance but now nothing is happening from Samsung and now the date of this offer has expired so I would like to now how is reasonable Klarna or Samsung for the so called mess up no one from Samsung can help me they say get back in touch with Klarna both can not help me today
