Samsung LS27CG510EUXUF Problem

Hi , 

Sometimes, while watching a video, the screen seems to turn off and on again, even if it is less than 1 second.

I feel like a light from below dims and turns on again , It is connected as DP, is the cable that comes in the box not enough? 

1- If there is a software update and it solves the problem, where can I get the file?
2- Do you think if I buy a different cable it will solve the problem?
 
And are there any settings you would recommend? 🙁

Many times flicker problems are caused by some settings in the monitor that might cause flicker depending on the PC's graphics card.

We always recommend that you contact the graphics card provider and make sure it is updated.

In addition, we recommend that you test:

- Try using a different cable

- Try another connection

- Update the monitor

- Test with another PC

You can come back with which version of FW you have today and we will take a closer look to see if there is a newer FW.

Thanks , What method should I follow to install the software? But I sent the .img file to FAT32 flash. 

When I search for the software from the menu, the screen completely turns off and on. The menu disappears. and the version remains the same.

Hi, Unfortunately, the user manual content did not help either. I will try other flash memories.

Screen shutdown and again open but not upgrade firmware 😞 

not have any update dialogue 🙄
