I moved to a new house that has a Samsung ar12nxpdpwkn model as AC.
How do I RE-reset it so that all previous settings disappear? When trying to sync the AC appears on my wifi list but it is password protected and I dont know it. I need to wipe all info so I can connect it to my phone. How do I do this? I already googled and tried temp down+set but no change.
Also, cant download smartthings on my OnePlus6....
