Problem with update firmware SAMSUNG ODYSSEY 32" VA

good evening everyone, I can't update my G5 32" monitor at the moment I have installed the M-C5500GGZA-1001.0 version I have already formatted a USB stick in fat32, downloaded the firmware from the site but I can't install it.

when I try to install the firmware the TV says "NO UPDATE FILE FOUND ON THE USB DEVICE"

Can anyone help me ? Thank you

Hi @panzamaranza!

You can try turning off the monitor while the USB stick with the update is still in the monitor and then turn it on again. This can sometimes help it find the update.

Should this not help, we would like you to return with the full model number of the monitor, which you can find on the back. as well as the name of the update file that you are trying to update to.
