Have you received the product home yet? You need to have the product to be able to fill in IMEI number, S/N etc (the information is on the product package) and then submit the registration 😃

There should not be any issues but if you have received the product and submitted all information, and the link is still not working, then let us know! 😊

Yes i have the product. I entered the serial number but the form is asking for 15 char when there is only 11 on the watch. Also, I cannot accept the terms it says i should click on terms first.

Oh okey I see, then its time for you to register. I got this information just now checking this issue with other departments:

I managed to send it in by adding 0000 to the serial number and then leaving the accept checkbox unchecked and clicking submit. The page reloads and the accept checkbox automatically was checked. I was then able to click submit successfully.
