Hi!
I've been having this problem recently where I can no longer use any commands in my Samsung Odyssey G5 since the joystick doesn't work anymore. All I can get from using it is the HDMI/DP message (and, ofc, I switch from one to the other) and this TEST-FAIL screen.
Does anybody know what the problem may be? I guess I'd have to disassemble the monitor to see if there's a problem with the joystick itself, but dunno, maybe is some software issue?

If the joystick on the back of the display does not work, we recommend that you contact our customer support and they will be able to help you how to proceed for service. Not sure which country you are in:
