Need help with my Galaxy Buds2

My Buds2 is very good earphones, but after about a month the left earphone has gotten pretty bad sound quality, can someone please tell me why it does, and how to fix it (if it is fixable) I would be very greatful to the person who solves this.

Yeah I tought you wrote its a month or two since you bought them, then you should have warranty left 😁

There may be a problem with the phone's settings. Reset the settings to default. If the problem persists, you should limit the use of the headphones, as random high and low sounds can damage the headphones.

Hello @VilgotExpertofPhones have you tried resetting the headphones in the Wearable app? to see if that helps to solve the problem?

Then I think you should go back with them and return them to the store.

I think i have solved the problem: It appears when I use ANC to much. This doesn't mean it is solved though.
