IMEI issue for trade-in

Samsung currently has problems with trade-in management when trying to buy the galaxy S24 Ultra. (Don't know if it applies to several).

The trade-in module gives an error message when I key in my IMEI number and I cannot place an order with a trade-in discount for the pre-purchase period.

 

Samsung har förnärvarande problem med inbytes hanteringen när man försöker köpa galaxy S24 Ultra. (Vet ej om det gäller flera).

 
Inbytesmodulen ger ett felmeddelande när jag knappar in mitt IMEI nummer och jag kan inte lägga order med inbytesrabbat på förköpsperioden.

Just got word that the issue is resolved.
Now it works to place a trade in order.

Hi @EricStark 

Oh sorry to hear that, have you tried with another device and/or web browser? And make sure to check the Terms & Conditions (actually clicking and opening the link) and then checking the box for read/approve of terms and conditions.

Let me know if it still isn't resolved 😊

Tried on another phone, computer and several browsers.
Tried both IMEI numbers.
Tried to mark the trade in with different memory (256Gb, 512GB and 1 TB)

Hmm another option would be that you have made an order before (unintentionally or not) and it has registered the IMEI as used. 

However, please contact our support so they can investigate this further and unlock the IMEI if needed. You find our support numbers here:

I have contacted tha support on several occasions and the respons I got was that it's an general problem. But I haven't heard back from them yet.
