If you have time, you can go to settings > Apps > arrow down with 3 lines > Show system apps > Go back to the app list and find the "Homescreen for One UI" > Storage > Clear data > Restart the phone. See if the problem remains after this.

If the solution that Daniel is recommending isnt working my tip is to do a factory reset, but dont forget to backup everything if you do so but that will probably solve your problem.
