Hi all
I hope I can explain this clearly. If I phone a financial institution I have to bring up the keypad on my phone in order to enter account numbers etc. Sometimes, during that call, they send a one-time code via text message. I can access the text message but I've never been able to figure out how to get back to the original screen to enter it. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
