I have an error message every time when I open my computer. I contacted you before and got you that it's a Microsoft broblem.
This is MS's reply:
Hi Kari7, |
Hahn - MSFT has replied to your question A stange eoor in a computer in Microsoft Community. |
Hi Kari, Welcome to Microsoft Community. I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern. The error message you're seeing is in Finnish and roughly translates to: "Could not find the target C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\SAMSUNGELECTRONICSColtd.SamsungQuickShare_1.3...\QSSystray.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again." Based on this error message, it seems that the Samsung Quick Share program is having trouble locating a file it needs to run properly. It's possible that the file is missing or has been deleted, or that there is a problem with the program's installation or configuration. While it's possible that this issue could be related to Microsoft, it's more likely that it's a problem with the Samsung Quick Share program itself. You could try uninstalling and then reinstalling the program to see if that resolves the issue. If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Your Sincerely Hahn - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist |

Hi!
We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your computer.
You should be able to reinstall quick share on your computer if you open the Microsoft store and search for quick share. See if the problem persists after a reinstall.
Should the problem persist, we recommend that you take it in for service so that our technicians can investigate the problem more closely. Which you can do via the retailer you bought it from or the nearest authorized service center: https://www.samsung.com/fi/support/service-center/
We hope this solves the problem for you.
