In previous versions of gallary you could press a tag person button and manually assign a person to a photo.
In the newest updates this feature seems to be gone.
If the facial recognition finds a person, it will allow me to assign who the person is, however Im no longer able to add a person if AI doesnt find the face.
Is this feature perminantly gone or am I just unable to find it?

Just checked on my S22U with latest FW and it does still do this, you access it through the "(i)" icon in the bottom middle (or swipe up on the photo), then scroll down to the bottom of the details page under the maps section and you should see both the tag (in my case it is already recognised me and put in "me") and assign people option

Hi @Members_e1AFnaR!
This feature should still be available. If you go to an image and then press the symbol in the middle > Add tag. Should you still not get it to work, you are welcome to contact our customer support for more help:

Hi Daniel,
adding tags and assignment people to pictures are very different. As you can see in the photo below it has found 2 people already in the picture. however if there was a third person, there is no way to assign them to the photo
