s10 wireless charging

Hi bought second hand s10 for partner and fast charging not working,plus I can't find where I can use wireless charger,any help appreciated

I would recommend that you take the device to a Samsung Support Center to be inspected by an engineer. You can find your nearest Samsung Service Centre by going to Members app > Support > Service location 😉.
