S20 ultra 5G get very hot during use messenger video chat.

S20+ 5G here and I think it's pretty normal for that to happen.
I'm not sure how hot is "very hot", but mine does get hot and the battery drainage is high when I use 5G in video chat

probably due to the exynos but i dont feel mine heating unless i use camera
