On my Samsung Galaxy M31s , how to disable panic mode

Hi on my galaxy m31s , when I am locking the phone with side fingerprint unlock button , frequently emergency calling is getting enabled and I am getting return calls from them.

Lot of times without my knowledge when I am trying to lock the phone keeping in my pocket this emergency thing is happening and getting return calls from the emergency services, I am fed up with using galaxym31s, one of the bad and worst drawback for the phone.

Does any one suggest some work round to disable the panic mode, other wise I don't have an option unless changing the samsung mobile.

Im also having the issue phone calls to 112 even after the panic mode tuned off i dont know how to get rid of the issue.
